Steps of integration

At the stage of signing the contract, you can start technical integration

Certificate of incorporation
Extract from the national register of legal entities, not older than 3 months
Register of shareholders
Articles of association
Certificate of good standing, not older than 3 months
Register of directors
Proof of address (e.g. lease agreement), not older than 3 months
Ownership structure chart, not older than 3 months
License to carry out activities (if any)
Decision on appointment of a director (or other document on the basis of which the representative’s powers arise)
Regarding directors, shareholders, beneficial owners and representatives:

Passport
Proof of address (bank letter, utility bill, lease agreement, etc.), not older than 3 months
Current resume

*Not required, but may be required upon request

Confirmation of income of beneficial owners
Declaration of a nominee shareholder
Business plan
Financial statements for the last 3 years
AML policy
KYC policy
Risk management policy
The latest ERWA
Sanctions policy
Policy for submitting the necessary information to the regulatory authority (required only for legal entities regulated by the FCIS)
Any other documentation that confirms and explains the company’s activities
